How do you know when the paired clowns are ready to spawn?
Do they have to be certain age?

pre spawning is preceeded by preparing a nesting site and "the shimmys". Tubes will drop and fish will pass over the nesting site (male following female) during actual spawn. Spawning maturity can be reached within a year in certain species IME.
