max fish load for 55g

whats everyones opinion on max fish load for 55gall with 50lbs live rock and a skimmer?

Is this going to be a reef tank or FO? I would get a Royal Gramma or Reef Safe Wrasse. A yellow Wrassse is a good choice, very active and a great bright yellow color. You can look into some perc clowns and perhaps a small Angel like a Flame, Coral Beauty etc. The angels are risky in a reef but I have a Flame in my 90 Gal reef and he's been a good citizen so far. Very beautiful fish.
