Misinformation does no one any good. Rather than inflame the situation, why not let the staff here resolve the situation with the member in question? Posting inaccuracies does nothing towards a resolution, but in fact can be detrimental to an amicable solution for all.
I took the liberty of correcting the inaccurate grammar in your original post about posting inaccuracies.

By mis information and inaccuracies I was talking about second hand information being passed on as in this case. As with most cases of account suspensions. Not inaccuracies within the [ua].
All too often people base what they post upon what they get passed on second hand information that is most likely biased due to emotion and personal involvement and with only one side of the story. This leads to inaccuracies in information being shown online and gets others involved when they don't need to be. Or in all honesty shouldn't as it doesn't involve them personally. They just feel that they want to be a champion of the cause and invariably make things worse for the member who has been suspended from posting.
We here at Reef Central will discuss a situation with the member involved and only those involved. More often than not there is a lot of discussion prior to, during and after a member having thier posting priveleges suspended for whatever reason. A suspension is viewed as a last resort when a situation deteriorates to the point that we have no other option.
In a case such as this where a member is making or attempting to make a profit via whatever means it is concidered a violation of the [ua]. It doesn't matter whom you are, make a post that violates the [ua] and the staff here will approach you to stop. If you chose to ignore that then we arrive at a situation where account suspensions may be required. What happens after that is between the member and the staff. If a solution can be reached, in most cases one is, then the suspension is lifted and we can go back to what we are all here for. ReefKeeping.

What you are posting is untrue and not factual. I highly doubt you know all sides of this and posting that you do will do nothing more than lessen the chances that Ltuz has of returning. Please think about that. Not only can this have an effect on you but on someone else.

I am sorry but this is ReefCentral. I would ask your club president what rules they agreed to when this forum was created before you start telling a moderator what he should do.
I would concider that a warning. Don't be suprised if you hear more in a PM shortly.
Further posts such as that can result in a suspension of posting priveleges.

Well this is a club for Northwest Ohio members and no it's not private property. But every time we try to discuss something somebody that is not a usual member joins in, creates problems and one of the NORA members usually pays the consequences. This has happened more times than I can count ( which is not very high.)

Once again. This is Reef Central. This forum was set up at the request of the President of your club. By which they(the council) agreed to abide by the rules as set out by Reef Central. This forum is owned in whole by JohnL. Not NORA.
I am sure that a staff member will be in contact with your club president shortly regarding the posting habits of its club members

Oh so now we get banned for posting our opinion? I said nothing in my post for you to threaten a ban on me (go back and read it again). I said he was banned for selling the mod on RC and that IS the truth and IS factual. Umm and just how does my opinion have anything to do with Lutz returning when I have never even spoken to the guy? Remember, I was completely done with this but YOU are the one that wants to keep dragging it along. Let it go and it will go away on its own before the night is over. BTW it would be done now if you would have just let it go. OK now I am done...

Just as an FYI sponsors have lost their posting privileges for making commercial posts :lol: .
Just realize no suspension has to be permanent. But that's between the person involved and RC mods. Contrary to popular opinion we try really hard to avoid moving someone on, and we're willing to reinstate them if an understanding can be worked out.
BTW, I'll make it easy not to respond, thread closed.
