Maxijet mod

It did look pretty easy. Think I'm going to have to pick up some pumps. Hobby World is just up the road. I'm going to see what they have for props.

Teach in my tank the 900 mod is a lot in my tank. Tried the 1200 and it blew water over the opposite end. Very impressive. Maybe at the next meeting we can do class on it.

Ikaria just you know there is no one locally that you can buy the correct props from. HobbyTown.com is a great source for the props.

You're using this on your 75? Are you using the double prop or the single version? Do you wish you would have used a 600 instead?

I'm going to order the props online, that way I'll know I have the right ones.

:D

I am using the 900, single prop. What you need to do is look at different set ups. I have a spare 40 gallon that we can test different mods on less the 1200 dual prop of course.

I am going to start making 600 mods for my tank next week if the props come in.

Since I have 2 tanks, I'm going to make one with a 900 and one with a 600. Both with the Dumas 3002 prop.

On Hobby Town's site when you search the store locator, it looks like there may be one coming to Jax. That would be cool!

Yes, it would be cool. I am making dual 900's with their stock number LXE471. This time I am going to open up the back a little and shorten everything. I think I will get a better defused flow.
