Maxspect Gyre reduction in power?!

I have two Gyers 150 almost a year old. They have been cleaned every two months, since I bought them. I run both of them at 60%, and that was more than enough water movement. Last couple of weeks, I noticed both became weaker. I thought they need to be cleaned. I cleaned both of them with water and vinegar, and they still weak. I am running them now at 90% to get the same water movement that I used to get at 60%

Anyone else noticed anything similar?

Did you take them apart and clean inside the motor? Sometimes they get some muck built up in there which could affect performance.

Have you tried changing the bushings?

I did replace the two bushings that hold the impeller in place. And, I replaced the motor with brand new one, and it is still the same. Running at 100% and not moving much water. I wonder if the impeller (the magnetic cylinder) can go bad? It is strange that both of them acting the same way.

I did have a time after cleaning one that I did not have one of the impellers seated all the way into the motor end and it caused a reduction in flow.

Double and tripled checked. It was driving me crazy yesterday, and I couldn't let it go. Both impellers rotate and push water equally. The Gyers set 5" below water surface, and it is very apparent. Also, I have the newer impellers.

Also... take the cages off and hold 1 Blade and see if the other will spin. Make sure they are both locked onto the shaft.
