Maxspect install help. Please help!

Hi all. Not able to get any help from Coralvue with this installation as I cannot get anyone to call me back so I thought Id try you guys. I have the Mounting Package C that allows me to mount the unit to a lamp tree but for the life of me cannot figure out how attach the crossbars onto the main bar.

There seems to be a plate that is supposed to be used but I have tried all the screws that came with the boxes but nothing seems to fit. Maybe Im missing an essential part that is required? If someone can enlist some help Im all ears. Its frustrating because Ive had this for 2 weeks but cant get any help from Coralvue on how to install this. THanks all!

You just need to screw the little attachment you circle in green on both end of the rail on the
and then slide the 2 other longer rail onto the small attachment

Thanks for the reply. I assumed that I had to attach the circled pieces onto the main rail but the problem is HoW? I tried the small black screws but they they just don't seem like they will go in correctly and would need a lot of force. Am I simply just missing screws or which screws are needed for that attachment?

Inside the rails there should be an extension piece that slides out. Loosen the black screw and the extension slides out to allow to connect the 2 rails together. Once the extension slides out tighten it back up and slide the other rail into the other side of the extension and tighten that screw also. Then those plates slide on to the top of the rail and you hook the cable to the plates.

you should have to use four small screws with the sharp end and connect it like the picture below although the picture shown is an elbow but it should be the same...

Heres a shot from coralvues site. You can see the 2 rails together using the extension that slides out from inside the rail. Hope this helps

Thanks for all your help guys! Got it working! I used the four black screws to attach the plate. It was a PITA to get those screws in there. It took a lot of force to get them in so I just thought I was doing something wrong or not doing it right but ayckorea your picture proved that it was right so I made it happen. Thanks again!
