Just curious if anyone running maxspect jump led fixture would recommend. I have a new mj-L290 that I have been trying to get working for a few days. It gets set up and running but overnight it goes offline and reports being “unbound” when I open the app to see what’s happening. I have been in contact with BRS and they have to contact Maxspect to get troubleshooting info. It’s a PIA to have to wait days for them to get back to me. So far all they offer is the silly YouTube video showing how to set it up. Well it sets up but doesn’t stay set up. They want me to send the MAC address of the light so they can check on the status of it but I am very Leary of allowing them inside my network. Looking for reviews before I send this back for a replacement or eliminate it as a choice.
