yea that tank looks great and so does the one you got set up. i guess i didnt put that the guy at my lfs said i shouldnt go bar bottom cause there isnt enough filtration if you do. but your tanks look good so i guess its just up to what you want to do
 
Sand is pretty much a poop trap. As far as I am concerned, if you like sand on the bottom, as I do, you should keep it to a minimum. The minimum amount to cover and thats it, esp in a nano. When I first started I had more and had lots of problems with nutrients. Nearly all the problems resolved when I got rid of all the sand.
 
Man you guys are sure lucky I didn't enter.. I mean seriously who could not want to look at this heart-stopper?
