Good morning.
Using a 4 channels dosing pump I dose limewater, vodka/vinegar mix, and Mg.
However the dosing station is far from the tank and all additives share the same tubing.
I know that Mg++ and lime may not be in contact with each other. so I slush fresh RODI water in between.
I wonder if Vodka/vinegar may be in contact with Mg++ or lime, otherwise I need to flush before and after as well.
I try to minimize the fresh water in order to maximze lime dosing.

V/V can touch the limewater, not sure about the MG solution. You can check for precipitation fairly easy, just start dripping some into an ounce or so of the MG solution, if it clouds up than that is a no, if it stays clear or looks "swirly" you should be good to go.
