Maybe a type of Montipora Digitata?

Of course, I'm hoping to get a positive ID here. I think its possible its a type of montipora digitata, but I wanted a second opinion and maybe a more specific identification. :reading:

Any info on what I should look for when it's healthiest would be appreciated too. Flow/Lighting requirements?

It looks like Montipora Confusa.

It can be cofusa or spongodes.
Tbh i always find it difficult to id them
