I purchase everything from MD for the past 2 years. I like them, but they seem to ignore many of my e-mails. Hope they resolve their customer support issues soon.

wahshk, we are quite diligent in making sure that we respond to every email within 24 hours of receipt. Almost every email we receive by 6PM PST is responded to the same day. I suspect that there may be an issue with either the email address that you are sending the inquiries to, or your server may be blocking our replies to you. I just thought I'd chip in that their customer support in my experience has been very good. They have responded to questions about product I haven't even bought for them.
They have been great, I was missing a part for my Korl. Ca
reactor they cleared it up in no time. That is the only store
I have ordered for. I put my first live stock ordered in 29sep05

hopefully it will go as well as there dry good section.
I have had great success with customer service from MD and MDL both. The associates are knowledgeable, informative and responsive. They have always been able to answer my quesitons, or at the very least point me in the right direction.
I called yesterday, a little late to make their shipping for that day, but they checked and were able to just barely squeeze me in, I should receive it tomorrow, in time for the weekend.
