meeting? swap? conference?

Hi All,
I hope everyone escaped unscathed from Ernesto. He's just arrived here, but he only a shadow of his former self. We are planning to take a trip to your area sometime in the next few months. Our time is flexible. I am wondering if there are any big reef related events that we could plan our trip around. Is there any annual conferences or frag swaps or really anything of interest? You guy's have to have something cool going on.

the poconos nice area ($$$$$$) in new york now if you get anyting here rememnber this you will not be able to fly back with it so get ready for some chiping and some one there to get them and put them in the tank

Actually, the Poconos is a rather depressed rural area in NE Pennsylvania, about 2 hours from NYC and Philly. You may be thinking of the Catskills. We too have a large tourist industry. (I am familiar with the "then why do they call it tourist season if you can't shoot them? mentality)

Hi, Our club meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month, the meeting is free and we have a very nice frag auction at the end of the meeting.
You just missed the two biggest frag swaps in the area and I am not sure when the next one is schedule to be.
Hope to see you in one of our meetings, they are a lot of fun!

Thanks for the invite! :thumbsup: A weekday, that cool. I will remember that when plan our trip. I alway enjoy seeing how different clubs work.
