Meeting

The room for the 28th at the Hampton was no longer available when I called back. I have tried elsewhere and everything is either booked or too small. I am working on a couple other places that may hold 20 - 30 folks. I am still trying to arrange for the 28th at the same approx time.

Hey MarineFlake,
Are you going to stay committed to that date and time? I'm planning on a trip down to Memphis and want to coordinate it with the club meeting. The Middle Tn reef club is that same day so I have to make a choice. Let me know if there are any other options on the table.
Thanks
Tim

I will be out of town on the 28th... doing road trips with my youngest son, who is in the process of picking out a college

OK, heres the meeting details..

Who: WTMARC

When: April 28th, 1PM - 5PM.

Where: Homer Skelton Ford 6950 Hannah Cove, Olive Branch Ms.
When you arrive just ask for the conference room at the receptionist.

Directions: From HWY 78 heading East toward Tupelo take the HWY 302 (Goodman) exit and turn left at the end of the ramp. At your second stop light you will turn right and then almost immediately right again (Hannah Cove). There will be a Starbucks on the corner. Proceed down Hannah cove to the entrance to the Ford dealership. Please park in the customer parking furthest from the front entrance (2nd row). Mapquest does not recognize this address so plug it into Google maps if you need a visual. The Ford dealership is VERY visible from the HWY. If you miss the exit please proceed to the next exit (HWY 305) and turn around.

There will be tables, chairs and a white board available. If you bring livestock for whatever reason, please make sure its not leaking. I will have cola's and water available inside as well as some form of snacks. I am open to suggestions for any other wants/needs to facilitate the meeting.

If anyone has a coral in their tank they would like to see fragged please bring it. I'm still debating if I want to slice up my green turbinaria....
