I did not use this stuff in DT but used it in QT. It will create a lot of bubbles in your skimmer and sump area if you use it in your DT. What will you be using if for? I'm not sure if it's reaf safe but it is an herbal remedy. It worked for removing cloudy eye for mg fish.

i did have to turn my skimmer off it foamed up quickly
i had a pasasictic problem i used parasite stop for 5 days lost my clown
the other fish have cleared up but started melafix yesterday i dont think im going to use anymore it is 300 gallon reef system with 90 gallon sump
