i am in... but have gotten nothing from seasl period! no emails, nothing! not one thing since i have signed up almost a year ago

if i wasent on RC, i wouldn't know anything about any of the events!!!!!!! is that the way it is supposed to be?

Did you sign up for the mailing list?
I know each meeting is announced through the mailing list as well as on the website and on RC.

Trottie - we send announcements through the email list. PM me your preferred email addy and I'll make sure you get on the distribution list.

We also announce everything on www.seasl.org. We have archives from previous meetings, upcoming announcements, links, and smell-o-vision on Weds between 11:59pm and midnight. Don't visit for skimmate night - blech.

Put me in the same tank as trottie and carpetride. I had to email a request for the card I was supposed to recieve. It was mailed to my house after I responded to the email asking for my address. I just have to check here or the website for the meetings I usually can't make.

How come noone gave beapeams the fancy official welcome to RC?

Grace's Dad - I apologize for the inconvenience this has been for you. We are tightening up our processes for taking care of new members and making sure they are aware of our mailing list and website. If you will PM me with your preferred email addy, I will make sure we get you added to the email list.

We don't automatically add members to the email list b/c we don't want to "spam" anyone. However, we probably need to better promote the steps required to get on the list.
