Folks, I started shooting some people's tanks over the summer, and ran short of time. I hope to get back to some of you still who emailed me.

Chris, you and I can talk about how to get these to the c-sea site if you want.

Here is a link to some people's tanks and a couple LFS's.

And here is the link to several pages of shots I've done of Chuck's non-photosynthetic tank

Great Pics...Love the clams...I have 3 right now and would love to have more...

CIMulation...as far as I know it is just a regular old Scooter Blennie...I have one in each of my tanks...they all look about the same...although the one pictured is by far the most colorfull...he is also about twice the size of the other two (if that has anything to do with it??), he is about 3" or so...I actually got him at Aquarium Adventure when they had there big sale in August...think I paid $6.99 for him...

glalderman

Thanks.

I have 7 in 90 gal tank2

The 6 croceas all came from FraggleReef. And although they picked the colors...I couldn't be happier. Check them out.

Nice shots of the blennie btw

Erik...nifty stuff. GSMguy...Very nice corals and shots of them as well.

glanderman, I need to get a Red mushroom off ya man, those are sweet. Great pics everyone!
Cleveland yank nice pics, how do you like your camera?

What can I say...hmmm that's a loaded response

Erik,

I love the camera.
Have had it for 2 years.

The possibilities are endless with the D70S. At least for it's price range.

When I use it. I take 3 to 4 shots of the same subject and do alot of changing for shutter/F-stop/lighting/angles/depth of field etc.

It's not 10meg or higher and it won't auto upload the photos to your laptop or PC via wireless, but it didn't cost more than a really nice used car either. :)

But if you take the extra shot or two and extra time to frame edit on the fly rather than photoshop. I think you end up with pictures that are good enough. It will output more data to the average 8 x 10 capable color printer than the printer can output if I am not mistaken. And they claim it does fantastic 10 x 15 output to a like capable printer, which I have not tried as of yet.

You can get new old stock and used ones for great deals now.
Since, Nikon is moving towards higher meg/wi-fi tech and smaller camera bodies now.

It was a couple fellow reefcentral folks who are pro/am photographers that helped swing the vote to go with the nikon over the canon =.

Thanks for the compliments on the pics.

*****Oh yeah,
If anyone on East Side or close westside needs help getting tank shots. Although I am not a pro like morgandy. I can offer to at least do my best if it will help get Csea club member pics up on the site. And of course, would drive further for frags :)
