Membership Application Active

Now that the Bylaws have been approved, it is now time take another step to organize. As previously stated in a thread it is important to have info on all CDMAS members. This is necessary for a few reasons:
1- When a new person wants to be a members of cdmas we should have a certin amount of info about the person. After all they may be going to your home for a meeting

2- It would also help distinguish an active member from a non-active member....if members are asked to renew there membership app on a yearly basis.

3- To vote you need to be "a member in good standing"

Looked at the form.
Tell me exactly...who has access to this information...not just anyone who fills out this form or visits the CDMAS website...I hope!
Even RC keeps email addresses confidential.

CDMAS Council members, more specificly.... The Council Member incharge of memberships. There will be no more info listed on our Membership page than already currently listed.

So yas know, when I filled out the form, everytime I would check yes for having a instant messanger service, it would make the yes for having a RC acct disappear. Only one or the other would check.
