Not trying to be a dink but i got the information by checking our spongers links and after getting the name. googled the name sunpod.
Sorry if i sound harsh i just quit chewing a bit ago so i am on edge.
AS to my opion for the price of that you can get a retrofit kit from aquabuys or the illuming site for around 140 and save almost half the price or a chiller at the same time. If you check around one of the member retrofit a nanocube hood and after gutting all the stock light mounted fans on both sides one blowing in and the other venting out the cross current.
this is the set up i was thinking of running but at this time i am debating going fowlr and tossing in some pipefish,
I will check look for the thread showing the hood.

I read in a thread that these 16.5" fixtures don't properly fit over a 12g nano. after reading some of these websites you guys have linked to, it seems this is the proper fixture to be used above this tank.

I am very sorry it is so hard for you guys to help someone out who couldn't find the information on there own... I mean, I guess I forgot what the point was to this forum... Its not to help people, or share information or ideas and pictures is it? It's for people to complain and whine when someone isn't able to accomplish something another person has. Maybe you have more time then I do?

you are a supporting member with almost 1000 post yet you wont take the initiative to use the search function that is geared towards supporting members!

I understand sometimes we just want a quick answer i myself have 3 kids and not a whole lot of free time but as i demonstrated last night it took all of 5 minutes to find all your answers.

GOOGLE DID NOT PULL UP ANY 12G AQUAPOD METAL HALIDE FIXTURES... If you want I can get this translated in 3 other languages. Now I would suggest you find something better to do with your time then display your obvious misery... When I first posted this thread, I don't remember putting in the subject "Who wants to be the biggest *******", maybe this is just something that pops through your head automatically when you jump on the internet... If this forum wasn't for trying to get help and asking questions and answering them, I would understand why you have decided to come onto the thread I have posted and flame me. But this is the purpose to this forum, you say I am lazy, but look at what your complaining about. My post of "not interested in that..." was not to the www.google.com post, it was to the JBJ Viper post right above it. This is why you should not assume things and start flaming on people because you have no idea what you are talking about. Your kids drive you crazy, you got a chewing problem and obviously your wife, if she is still around, doesn't give you enough attention.

I would appreciate it if the mods would close this thread as I no longer care to hear anything from this guy. Never knew asking a question would come with such a big price.

I dont think I want to ask questions if this is how people react to a forum that your suppose to ask questions. I my self have these same question and done my own homework but someones personal experiences are different than those of a vendor. I've been told all day that the fission nano skimmer is wonderful from LFS and I come on the forums and people are saying they suck. so It aint about a web page telling you something but the experiences people have with the products that count.

ok First off i have answered plenty of questions and been perfectly nice to countless members!
Zur and i got off on the wrong foot and i stated time and time again that i was not trying to be harsh and just wanted him to take a bit of initiative all the while answering his questions and even giving him the links to the places to show him!!!
Budboy i would not jump down your throat as you have not almost reached a thousand posts nor are you a premium member!
the search feature above states to go premium to use this function only to have him not use it that is what i was saying.
i dropped it and the thread just keeps making its way up with Zur still taking pop shots at me so now who is being the dink?
He asked a question i suggested he do some research all the while still giving him the answers and the animosity began so be it i have nothing against him and see in other threads i have been to that he seems to be a pretty decent guy even with a bit of a sense of humor in some.
I am done disagreeing with Zur so people should just move on.
