Metallic Green Torch Suffering?

So Ive had this metallic green torch for about 5 months now, and has been very happy in my tank until about 1 week and half ago.
What happened:
I lost my blue carpet anemone 2 days ago :( and when I tried to take him out he fell apart. Nearly scared me to death because I though I was going to lose everything in my tank. But everything survived it seemed the next morning. The past couple days the torch has only opened a little, and now it seems he is withering away. I'm assuming this could be a result of the toxins the anemone released? PICS attached.
I did a 10% water change the night I removed it (it happened at 2 am and that's all I had). Since then I did a 30% water change. Now its a waiting game? I do have other corals:

birdsnest ORA
Hammer Coral
Small brain coral
Cauliflower coral
Polyps and mushrooms
xenias

Nitrates: 10
Nitrite: 0
pH: 8.0
Phosphate: 0
At the moment I do not have an ammonia test kit. I never needed it until now :/

As your aware the anemone released toxins into the tank. Water changes help dilute it but its still there. Best bet would be running carbon and more water changes.

Thanks guys. Got a bag of carbon in. So I'm assuming the dead head will never "regrow"? I have no idea how to frag, I'm scared Ill kill it :/ but I'll look for stickies as Im sure there are some.
One question, if the dead head remains in there, will it do any harm to the other or other inhabitants?

You can carefully remove the torch coral with a large cup/container. Make sure not allow any of the dead tissue to fly off into the tank.

After that I would recommend using bone cutters to cut the dead head away from the live ones. If you feel uncomfortable about attempting a 50/50 split, you could cut closer to the dead head.

After that, I would put the 2 live heads in a new container of SW and prepare some dips (iodine, revive etc) and dip the live heads.

After that if all goes well, they should recover, as long as your tank params remain suitable and stable enough for torch corals. (Large water change to dilute whatever toxins your anemone released, and carbon)

That dead head could potentially become a site for brown jelly. Trust me, you don't want that so remove that dead head ASAP IMO
