Meteor Shower Losing Polyps...

So I've had my meteor shower for about a year and its encrusted completely on the plate I had it on. Had a flame angel that picked at it, but once he was taken out it recovered and was fine up until now.

Recently Its been losing polyps like crazy. Every day it seems to lose one or 2 more. One whole side is completely wiped out.

Now I'm not freaking out too bad because where the polyps are now missing it seems to be encrusting over itself, but what the heck!

The only new additions around the time of this issue was about a dozen blue legged hermits. I also switched from hand dosing red sea additives to a bubble magnus with bulk reef additives. This DID cause an alk swing, and I'm almost positive that's why I lost 2 of my SPS colonies, but everything else is fine.

My Alk has been stable at around 8 for the past few weeks, but I'm still losing polyps. Mg is 1420, Alk about 8, Ca is about 390 now (low but still adjusting dosing pump).

Any Ideas??? Should bounce back right? I'll try to get a pic up ASAP.

Polyp bailout? I don't really know why this happens, or if a coral like a Meteor Shower is even prone to this, but it's not good.

Phosphates are low around .02 or so and I have an ATO so salinity never really fluctuates. So Frustrating!!!!

I'm continuously losing more every day now

Have ya taken it out and given a dip? Something might be bugging it, or if could have gotten a bacterial infection of some sort. I use revive and medicoral for stuff like that, less harsh than the ones intended to remove pests like Coralrx and Bayer. Usually do 2-3 dips over a weeks time.

My meteor shower was the only coral in my tank targeted by my fish. Literally bite marks on it. Tried to trade it but i died.
