I have seen it, but personally, I think it is kind of a big gun for a disease that can be treated by other means (hyposalinity, copper in QT, etc.). It has kidney toxicity with excess exposure. I would consider it with a stubborn case that is otherwise unresponsive, but thankfully *knock on wood*, haven't seen one yet.
