mexican turbo snails-reef safe?

i just bought 2 mexican turbos. 1 is is on my glass and the other is on 1 of my polyps. are they reef safe or will they damage certain corals? thanks for any help.
 
thanks for your reply, but it is kind of scary cause he is totally parked perfectly on 1 of my polyps-lol. ill take your word for it not worry. thanks again for your reply.
 
They are NOT reef safe. One of my Mexican Turbo snails ate my clam.

that's not a turbo snail then.

i have one in my reef, he's been there almost the entire time the tank's been up, he is perfectly reef safe, and nothing more than an algae grazer.

I would say the only time I ever had a problem with them is knocking down any coral not being glued down.I've had two for a few years.
