Mexican turbo snails

New to the hobby and have a quick question about these snails. I have three, one is much larger than the others. We have not seen it in days. I am concerned it may be stuck somewhere between rocks. Is that Possible? Do I need to take rock apart to find him? Or let it go and see what happens? Don't want the poor guy to die

They can back out of any place they crawled into, but beware that Mexican Turbos do not fare well in our warm tropical saltwater tanks, they are a cold water snail, and as such they usually do not live long in our tanks.

Mine is set to 78 degrees. It is the same temp as the reef store water. Hope that is ok
