What type of bulb (I'm guessing DE) and what ballast are you running, and what wattage? Those 3 are the most important factors, and then what color do you want from the bulb?
If you're looking at the phoenix, but want something different, my friend used the Helios 20k, and oh man was I envious of the colors he got just from changing the bulb. It's a bit more of the purple and white than blue, so a lot of the colors looked like there was HEAVY actinic, though he didn't have much actinic support.
