MH Balast? What else do I need?

Im new to DIY Lighting. Im looking at a 400watt M59 MH Balast with Socket.

What else might I need to get this thing to light up? Other than a bulb

Im not sure If I need anything else, or to splice to a power cord where the wire nuts are....

You will need a power cord, mogul socket, the cable between the mogul and ballast, bulb, reflector (recommended), and I would also suggest a ballast case.

Thanks! Ive been a lurker for .....about a year or so. Finaly just joining in on the real fun!

There is already a socket, pictured there. Is that different then a Mogul socket?
