Normally I would be kinda skeptical at that price but he's got good seller feedback on Ebay. He also has the bulbs listed for $9 + $9 shipping. If you try it let us know how it works.

Not sure about that guy but I had good luck with this guy http://stores.ebay.com/Marine-Madne...-Kits_W0QQcolZ2QQdirZ1QQfsubZ10QQftidZ2QQtZkm . His stuff is coralvue I got the dual 250 kit here and he shipped me the two singles listed in the link. They fired the day I got them and havent missed a beat since. And for the kit thats not that bad reflectors, mogul sockets, cables, and your choice of bulbs and electronic ballasts. Email him and ask him to post you a dual and he will. His email is sales[at]MarineMadness[dot]com. I see his dual runs like 169 so that is quite a bit more. But my ballast run very cool, and I trust them in the house. I am also about to purchase the dual T-5 kit for actinics to backup my halides and provide a longer light period throughout the day.

Please note that his feedback says he is a slow shipper, and that should be noted before you order. Also I had a problem with the wrong bulbs he gave me a discount and shipped me the other bulbs albeit a little slow. So make sure you read feedback first. It looks like its gotten a little worse lately. Should have looked before I posted but I will still order my T-5s from him.
