Hello!!!

I have tank ELOS 70 (55 gal), I keep
dendronephthya and SPS.
Light system 1X250 MH ReefLux 10000K
When I start to feed it all 24 hours it starts to grow but at day time my dendronephthya slightly grow down, if I change my MH bulb to 20000k is it help?

do you know what non photosynthetic means? i mean you posted on the forum so if you dont know it means they dont require light, you could grow it in a closet, but i wouldnt do that im just saying, you should post some pics though sounds like you have an awesome tank, cheers mate

It seems that there are alot of confused folks in this forum.

What Reecers is asking is if muzzler knows what photosynthetic means and in asking that he is telling him that light does not matter in the care of this coral.

Perhaps what muzzler is asking is that maybe because of the bluer light will the coral feel more at home then it does now...

But I believe that the answer is the same as provided by Reecers, and that is that the coral doesnt care what kind of light it is under just that it gets food. They are more likely to be open if they are in a dimly lit or dark place in the tank with adequate flow.
