MH Bulbs and Prices

I am doing some research and would like to know what type of MH bulbs use (maker and model no) along with how much do you pay for them. Do you have to order them or do you just pick them up at a store.

I use BLV, I bought them from a local wholesaler and got a very good price.

If you're looking for HQI DE MH bulbs, I like the blue on the Phoenix 14,000K bulbs. Premium Aquatics, ReefGeek or Custom Aquatics has them.
