I have the following available for much less than you'd pay elsewhere. Not the prettiest things, but everything works well, and ballasts have less than 1 year of useage on them:
DUAL 250W ballast, M58 (probe start) type. Each ballast has a separate power cord for individual control. $50 as shown
Single 250 W DIY ballast kit with tranformer and capacitor. Again, it is a M58 or probe start type. These retail for $65, I'll offer it for $20 and you must supply your own enclosure and wiring. I can help show you how if you don't know.
I have 5 250 W single-end bulbs of various unknown color temperatures. I don't remember the mfgr., but most have no more than 6 months of operation on them. If there's interest, I'll fire them up and take a guess at 10k/14k/20k, but it's not marked anywhere on the bulb. $10 each for these guys.
Finally, I have a homemade pendant-style lamp housing. It is painted black, includes a reflector, SE mogul socket, and fan, and is about 12"X8"X4". No pictures at the moment. $20 for it and it'll work with a 175, 250, or 400 W bulb.
