mh light for 30gal

whats a good 1x250watt 20000k double ended MH fixture for a 30gal (all in one ), or is it more benifficial to get like an ice cap set up and put everything togeather myself.

I would go with the icecap retro. It's pretty easy to wire up.

I'd go with one 250 watt Luminarc Mini Stealth DE pendent. They look very cool above a tank with their black coating and they have great coverage. You can use an icecap ballast with this if you wanted along with what ever "K" bulb you want.
