I have a Lumen Bright Pendant (large) and 250W Ice Cap ballast for sale. Both are in great shape, however, the bulb (250W) has over 18 months of use on it. It still works, but I am certain it needs to be replaced. For those of you that have seen my frag tank, its the pendant that hangs over that.
