MH Lighting Options on a 12g Aquapod

I am looking at upgrading my stock lighting to MH and was wondering if people could give me some options available that would fit the tank (other than the sunpod). Also is 70 w sufficient enough or would 150 w be too intense?

i just picked up 12g aquapod from a guy and he had a 150 MH hanging over it. one thought that i had was that the stock lights were right over the tank, and he had the MH light about 1.5FT above the tank. i really feel like there is actually more focused light in the tank now with the stock lighting.
i have the MH light but i'm not using it, and the tank is doing great w/o it, although all i have in there right now is some mushrooms and a seabae anemone

can anybody else give me any names of some MH light systems that will work on my tank or just the sunpod?

70w will do just fine for the 12g
i got the 70w sunpod over my 10g and its great
