MH lights

I have a coal-life light set with 2 150w MH in it and want to upgrade to 400w MH. Is there a way to do this in the same configuration with different ballast and bulbs?? Just wondering.

The 400 watt bulbs are too big to fit in your reflectors. Essentially, you need to start from scratch. If you are looking for a nice setup without spending a fortune, I suggest getting a packaged retrofit kit from Premiumaquatics.com 2X400 watt bulbs with generic reflectors, PFO ballast, and all the cords for less than you likely paid for your current setup.
