MH Reflectors?

Which reflectors would you guys say give the best reflection of light? Also is there a difference in shape? Rectangular vs Circular?

I will be using lumen bright for my current build. They seem to be the best reflector and are meant to be hung higher from your tank which helps keep your tank cool.

Thank you for the replies! I did some research and this seem to be the best out there. I just wanted to know what other people from RC thought! Once again thank you

I will be using them on a 6' Long x 24"Wide x 30" Tall tank. Should I go with the small or large? Also I can put any wattage bulb on the reflector as long as I get the corresponding ballast? Im thinking of going with 3 - 250w 12k MH bulbs supplemented with T-5's... any suggestions?

Three 250's in the mini, would be sweet. I would ask in the thread that I posted above. They sell them and use them, so they would know more than me.
