Micro Bubbles are driving me NUTS!

I set up a 24 nano cube with a Pro LED hood. Thing is I am getting Micro bubbles out of the pump. I changed the pump to a MJ1200. I even removed the UV light and I am still getting bubbles. The back sections have plenty of water so its not like the pump is pulling air. I have no idea what it can be. If the pump and tubing is fully submerged where could the air be coming from?

Recheck the seals of the return line. Maybe use a clamp or tie wraps to cinch it down. I would occasionally get micro bubbles out of my return, not nearly as much as you I guess. Also make sure the inlet to the pump has room to suck water. You can also use filter floss or a pad to help with any cascading water.

Did you get it resolved? If so, how?
Thx, having a similar issue on a nano system like yours.

Well I tried putting a flow valve on the MJ1200 and by the morning the impeller was rattling. I put in the slower pump and it still pump out bubbles. I added a loop with wider diameter hose and it still did it. It has slowed down. As I type this I can still see a bubble or two coming out. I have read in other areas that once a scum line starts to grow on the impeller and pump it goes away. I was going to sand the impeller blades smooth and see if the helps.
