Micro bubbles from megaflow overflow, someone help me please!!!

yes I ralized that after I posted them, I used the thumbnails instead of the actual links for the pictures!!!

Is your durso vented?

Also, you may need to add a ball valve on the return & dial that pump back some. The Megaflow is usually only good for 600 gph.

My return pump flows 780gph @ 0'-0" head. So I'm likely around 450-500 gph after head loss.

These are all good suggestions except that the tank has been set up for six months and I didnt have this problem until just recently, before that everything ran smoothly, thats why Im so baffled!!!

There is no magic solution when dealing with drains. They are finicky. Try dialing the return pump back slightly & use 45* elbows where it enters the sump. That worked well for my setup.

Well I fixed the problem yesterday thanks to all your guys suggestions, firstly I removed the elbow from my overflow intake and that dramatically slowed down my microbubbles. I then put a ball valve on my pump and dialed that back, now no more microbubbles, yeah. And today Im going to build another chamber were my overflow flows into my sump just so it has another place to block the flow of bubbles. But thanks everybody and look for my thread to my 95 gallon tank build soon!!!
