Micro bubbles from return

I am getting tons of micro bubbles coming from my return. My drain pipe empties into the first of the three chambers in my sump, but I'm still getting tons of micro bubbles, how can I get rid of these?

I have the same problem, but most of the time it is when I move stuff in the sump.

You should take a pic of your sump

Filter socks were the only way i was able to stop mine
