micro bubbles on tangs

I was planning on transferring my fish into a new tank in the next couple of days, and have been removing liverock over a few at a time. Ive noticed some small micro bubbles sticking onto the skin of my tangs and sometimes on the fins. The bubbles tend to disappear every couple of minutes. I doubt its crypto, there's no raised bumps and no flashing. They eat well and have gone through TTM QT, and the tank has gone through a fallow period before. I believe the last time i had to deal with crypto was more or less 10 months ago. Would the micro bubbles be a cause for concern? Im hoping to keep them in the old tank for at least a week, just to make sure i don't go through a mini cycle in the new one.

Are there micro bubbles in the water?
If yes, then they may just get stuck to the fish's slimecoat.
If no, then I would have a closer look if those are truly micro bubbles on the fish.

How did you treat for crypto 10 months ago? If it's still in the tank moving around the rock may have stressed out the fish enough that their immunity has weakened

Yeah the old tank hasn't been topped off for a while, although the refractometer has been reading 1.026. My HoB skimmer has been flowing water at a slight elevation. The bubbles on the tangs never last long, maybe a few minutes. It's also small clear bubbles not particularly white and not raised bumps. I've read microbubbles have caused harm to fish, but I'm hoping they can last in there for a few days before I can transfer them into the new tank.

I went fallow about a year ago, no fish was in the tank for roughly 3 months. During that time my fish were in 10g-20g tanks which were qt through ttm/formalin/ and even prazipro. It's been 10 months since and no appearance of crypto/brook/velvet or even flukes. I would like to say my old tank is parasite free, but time will tell. No new livestock has been added, and currently in a process of transferring all live rock into my new bigger tank.

Micro bubbles can block the gills of some fish to some degree, so I would fix whatever causes them rather quickly.
