micro bubbles sticking to algae

I've had micro bubbles...then algae..now my micro bubbles are on my algae.have micro bubbles and algae on my overflow column and back wall abd power heads..there's a bunch of them. I didn't have them on their 3 days ago and ordered fish.. they shipped today and being delivered tomarrow.. is this going to hurt them.. I already have coral and clowns in
