Micro bubbles

I am getting alot of micro bubbles, I replaced stock pump with MJ 900 and added a Hydor flo, I still have the sponge in and the carbon filter but added rubble rock to middle. Any suggestions??
Will the bubbles hurt anything?

Are the microbubbles coming from the pump? If it is I'd first make sure the pump isn't running dry.

Yes from the pump but it is fully submerged.

check your connections and hoses from the pump to the outlet. any leaks in the parts not submerged can pull in air and cause bubbles. kinda like a venturi.
