Microbubbles harmful to fish?

Can anyone tell me if microbubbles will hurt my fish, I am in the process of changing my filteration system and until tomorrow, I have lots of microbubble. I just want to make sure that my fish will be ok.

only thing it might hurt are some sps corals.
