MicroE dosing

Hi all,

I have been dosing 2 drops of MicroE daily for a long while now and wondering if the copper in MicroE will ever be an issue with a non AF tank that rarely gets water changes? I kind of doubt it so I'm also wondering thoughts about increasing dosage to 3 drops.

2 MicroE drops daily, ~ 150 gallons of water

also dosing daily:

2 drops Kalium
5 drops SpongePower
1 drop Lugols

When I do water changes, rarely, I am using AF Reef Salt.

Hey Mark,
It has been shown that corals do take in these heavy metals, that said, I highly doubt it will be harmful. In the Component 123 dosing, this is also present. Debora has normal readings using this method and Energy, which has copper sulfate, this based on ICP OES test in Poland. I too use this method, I have not had my water tested, and really don't plan to, I try and make observation lead me. Hope that helps
