anyone know where to find these? Care for them? really any info on them

I've collected them before, and know the habitat, but...the populations were cyclical, and would disappear for 9 or 10 months at a time. They are tiny, don't live very long (weeks to a few months), and disappear when you put them in an aquarium. If you see them once a week, at night, that's better than average. Overall, they don't make great aquarium residents.
