midas blenny not eating

I just recently purchased a midas blenny and the first day it ate very well. Since then however it does not seem to want to eat. I've tried flakes, pellets, brine shrimp, and mysis shrimp. The blenny will actually take a bite of the food but will then spit it out. Any ideas of other food to try or should i just wait it out?

have you tried soaking the food in garlic?

No I have not but the pellets I use are made with garlic and it wont even try to eat the pellets
