Might be a sick clown?

I have two tomato clowns that I have had for about 2 1/2 months. One hosts my BTA the other just hangs out everywhere in the tank. Today I noticed that the one that hosts the BTA looks to have a large swollen bottom lip. It's mouth is wide open too. Usually it is swimming around the tank during the day with the other clown but today it stayed in its anemone the whole day. It does not seem to be breathing hard and it looks healthy other wise. When I fed the tank this morning, the clown didn't eat. This fish is always the first one to grab the food. What would cause this to happen and is it something that I need to treat?
I have a 90 gal tank and its been set up for over a year now. All other fish look great. Corals look great too.

I read that link and still don't understand what could be going on with my clown fish. Any other ideas? It didn't eat today as well. I am starting to get really worried about it.
