millepora disappearing? Help

I know this is the wrong forum, but:
When I first looked at my tank this morning, a small mllepora frag (about 1 in.) had lost ALL its tissue and polyps, but looked perfectly fine the night before. I heard something about Rapid Tissue Disentigration....could this be it? then i looked at one much larger mille peice and the same thing is starting to happen on one small branch.
All my water parameters are fine, so far as i can check.
Here is an inhabitant list if it is any help:
small maroon clown
peppermint shrimp (med.) kept well fed
large sally lightfoot (may be the culprit)
other corals ( zoas, lps, monti)
red leg hermits (10)
margarita snails (10)
small conch of some sort

This is the peice if its of any help

Make sure there is not a direct current from the return or power head. Make sure you have the correct lighting for SPS. Make sure the temp is not too high. And make sure that your heater is kicking on at night. Also make sure it’s not too close to other corals. Try to observe coral activity at night. Look to see if corals are extending and harming your Milli. Use a small flashlight if you don’t have moonlight. Do you dose trace elements? Try spot feeding. If there is any tissue left and it is in an ideal place and H2O params are normal it will grow back over the skeleton.

Yeah sounds like it is RTN (Rapid Tissue Necrosis) which is generally caused by stress. If you could post your water parameters, we can help ya a little more. I don't see any parasites in the image you posted so I have a feeling that it is going to be water related (usually a lack of flow).
