Milli growth in one month

I just wanted to show my Milli growth and see what feedback anyone has. Trying to track how my new leds do. One of my first sps besides monti so i dont know how fast they normally grow.
I don't think its too bad for 37 days.

Thanks for sharing! That looks like good growth. Can you give a little bit more info about your leds? How long do you keep your lights on/off? Just curious if you also dose calcium?

I have 224- 1watt leds, half blue half white over a 48" long 95 gallon wave tank. The lights are on about 12 hours a day. He is in strong flow, right infront of the output from the sump.

My calcium stays between 520-550 with no dosing. I think its because i use coralife salt?

We don't feed the coral seperate either. We make our own fish food and it has phytoplankton, plankton, cyclopeeze, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, shrimp, oysters, clams, scallops, squid, eel, octopus, silversides, garlic, cod, Flake food and nori so it feeds the fish and corals both.

Lucky! My milli's always cover the frag plug first.

Just an update on the milli. It has been 34 days. I did accidentally break off two branches, but you can still see the growth on the remaining ones. Still growing very good! I do have two itty bitty frags of the broke pieces now lol.

Another month's growth:

Still has growth, but not as good as in the past. I had several issues the past couple months, wondering if that impacted it.

My timer kept getting stuck, and i didn't realize it. Finally figured out lights were on for 12-14 hours a day. :sad2:

I brilliantly put carbon in a reactor and it crushed it and let it escape into the water column. :headwally:

Somehow my salinity has jumped up to 1.031 as well. Doing water changes to lower it slowly.

Corals were extremely unhappy. Several faded out. Giant shroom died. They are starting to get better now though!

Are the meetings kid friendly? Not tonight i can't bring all 3 boys by myself lol, but in genreal?
