Milli polyp extension

I've been having problems getting my milli to fully extend since I put it in my tank about 3 weeks ago. I've checked my Params and they are salinity 1.025 checked via a calibrated refractometer, alk 9.6 dkh calcium 460ppm, mag 1320 these were checked using Red Sea kits. I'm zeroed out on ammonia, nitirite and phosphate, (Api kits) and nitrates at about 10ppm (api)
I have a Maxspect razor 160w led for lighting .
I can see very small extension if I look closely at it but that's as far as it gets. I have it placed a little above the halfway point in my tank. I'm thinking maybe it's a flow issue? I don't know

You need to upgrade test kits for Nitrates and Phosphates, but I don't know if that's the problem.

Are your params stable day to day? Tell us more about the tank, otherwise no one can really help.

Do you have a pic you could provide?
Maracultured millepora are very common in the trade and often carry pests, specifically AEFW. Seeing as all other paramaters are good (calcium slightly high, but not an issue) it's the first thing that comes to mind.

I was thinking about getting salifert kits for nitrates/phosphates just to be sure. It took me a bit to figure out how to keep the Params stable and I they have been for about 2 months now. I dose seachem 2 part. I have a RO 110sss skimmer, and I run Purigen as well. Occasionally I run chemi pure as a carbon source. I have a jebao rw8 and wp10 I the display.

I'll have to post a pic later. I did dip the coral in Bayer

I wasn't able to take a pic yesterday. I did however stop by my Lfs and purchased a new salifert nitrate kit. But I have a little problem determining the result. If I place the vile on the white piece of the card it looks like 25ppm but if I look at it from the side of looks like 50ppm!!!! I tested using my Api kit and it was 20ppm. Either way I'm going to do a water change tonight

Divide the side view result by 10

You know I just googled that and I'm shocked! I guess if my nitrates are 5ppm that's not so bad eh? I'm due for a water change anyway, so I'll get that done and try to change the flow up a bit and see if that helps out

I'd put money on that being the issue. Mili's love high flow.

IF you had AEFW you'd see marks and probably the worms. Nitrate levels, unless excessive, contribute to more colorful Millis so don't mess with trying to remove any more.

I've been growing SPS for 25+ years and Millis are easy to keep happy IMHO.

mine currently have zero PE and look thin

Acro/monti have great PE, go figure

Yeah, go figure. You probably have the Acros and Montis in places they like in the tank and your Millis aren't happy where they are. They're a hardy coral so they'll hang in there. Give them more flow and light and they'll respond with better growth, color and PE.

No aefw and I've double checked my parameters and have taken water samples to 2 LFS. Flow and light seems to be the only other things to change up now. I'm going to move some stuff around to move it up a bit so it gets more light and flow

Currently 10 inch from light, 18 inch from RW-8, we will see
