I bought one of these over a year ago and had a lot of trouble with it. The problem turned out to be bad reagent. Recently I ordered more reagent from eSeaonGear.com and so far MW-12 is working fine. I was a little confused when they shipped me MI512-0 phosphate reagent but upon inquiry they said it was the same as Mil-RL2720115, the regent that comes with the checker. The good news is that the M1512-0 is cheaper. I also ordered some Mil-RL2720115 from another company to make sure it is the same as M1512-0. I tried them both today and got the same reading. So needless to say I have a lot of reagent and if you have had trouble with your MW-12 or need more reagent let me know.
