Mimic tang fin issues

I've had my mimic tang in hypo for 6 weeks and currently raising the salinity. Last couple days I have noticed two shiny spots almost like scales missing behing his eyes on both sides. Also his fins started looking ragged but not damages. I'm not sure whats going on with either. I thought it might be HLLE on his head but he gets the same food as my powder blue. Any ideas?

Can you post pics? It may be bacterial, but without seeing a pic, I am in the dark.

I agree sounds like a bacterial infection. Treat with antibiotics like Furan2 or Maracyn2.
